Oh the mind of a two year-old!

Several weeks ago...(as I was helping Donna put her housecoat on)

Emmy: I want a housecoat, too, Mama!

Me: You do? Well if you get a job to make some money you can buy one for yourself!

Emmy: I want you to help me, Mama.

Me: You do?

Emmy: Yes. Cuz I can't drive!



This morning...(she has been obsessed with Halloween)

Emmy: What do you wanna be for Halloween, Mama?

Me: I don't know. How 'bout a tree?

Emmy: No, not a tree, Mama. Trees don't walk!



And here she is "painting" the sidewalk. She got the broom wet in the sprinkler and then swept designs on the sidewalk.
